What it is

Triple Shelf Match is a landscape (800×600) browser puzzle in the match-3 family with a shelf twist: items land on shelves and you clear them by matching three of a kind before the space runs out. Published on GamePix on July 14, 2026, it's a young title with no external ratings and no developer credit listed at review time — the verdict here comes entirely from our own play sessions.

How it plays

The early levels teach you the rhythm, and then the game starts leaning on you. What changes isn't busywork — it's how quickly you can re-plan when a shelf fills the wrong way. By the mid-twenties, a careless placement two moves ago is the difference between clearing the board and restarting it. That's the good kind of pressure: earned, visible, and fixable.

Depth check, for what it's worth: 28 levels in one session without the difficulty curve flattening. Most quick browser match-3s show their whole hand by level ten.

How we tested

This one is a Unity build, and our automated rig could not get past its loader (a Unity runtime error in the headless-ish environment; the failed capture sequence is archived in evidence/gamepix/triple-shelf-match/auto-loader-failed/). That's a known limitation of ours with Unity titles, not a verdict on the game: in a real browser it loaded and ran flawlessly, and the evidence frames above come from the playtester's actual session — five screenshots spanning the run to level 28.

The honest caveats

• No external consensus yet. Zero platform ratings at review time; the verdict here is ours alone.
• Developer not credited on the platform page at review time — we don't guess.
• Our automation can't pre-screen Unity titles; this review leans on the human play session, which is fine — it's just a slower lane for Unity candidates.
