Motocross Racing: A 3D Stunt-Bike Course Through Ancient Egypt, Play-Tested

The Short Version

Motocross Racing is a mobile-style 3D stunt biker in the GamePix catalog: pick a bike in a showroom garage, pick a level off a paged map, and ride a side-view obstacle course of log bridges, containers, and elevated boardwalks — set, in Level 1, against pyramids, obelisks, and a frankly enormous Anubis statue. Checkpoints track your run, a timer keeps score, and the controls are printed right on the screen: throttle, brake, two flip directions, and a stunt button.

We booted it, browsed the garage, and rode Level 1 twice. The first run ended in 3.5 seconds of hubris; the second cleared two checkpoints. Both taught us something.

What We Verified Hands-On

The front end. A proper 3D main menu (stunt-rider hero shot, coins counter, settings), then a bike garage — 3D turntable, arrow buttons to browse bikes, a SELECT button, and a "GET 300" rewarded-coins tile we deliberately left unclicked.

The level map. LEVEL SELECTION is a paged grid — ten tiles per page with an arrow for more — and only level 01 unlocked on a fresh save. Progression is real, not decorative.

Level 1, Egypt. A 2.5D side-view course: start past containers and rope fences, onto a log bridge (with a FAST sign that means it), then up onto elevated boardwalks. HUD shows a checkpoint progress bar with a finish flag, a timer, and a pause button. The desert set-dressing — pyramids, palm trees, Anubis — is far past the effort level this genre usually gets.

Controls, printed on-screen. D is throttle, A is brake, W and S flip back and forward, Space triggers a stunt. Keyboard works in the browser build; on mobile the same controls are on-screen touch buttons.

Two runs, honestly logged. Run one: we held the wrong key flat-out and crashed 3.5 seconds in — LEVEL FAILED, with GARAGE and RESTART offered. Run two, with pulsed throttle: clean past the first checkpoint at 00:07 on the log bridge, past the second at 00:15 on the boardwalk, still upright at session end — roughly 60% of the track by the progress bar.

The Honest Caveat

We didn't finish Level 1 — our session ended mid-run past checkpoint two — and we didn't score a deliberate flip, so the stunt system is described from its on-screen controls rather than a landed trick. We also left the rewarded-coins offer unclicked, so we can't tell you what watching that ad actually pays. What we can tell you first-hand: the boot chain, garage, level map, checkpoint system, crash-and-restart loop, and the ride itself all work exactly as they should.

Motocross Racing is what the stunt-bike genre looks like with a production budget: a garage, a real level map, courses with actual art direction, and a checkpoint system that makes progress feel earned. It punished our flat-throttle arrogance in 3.5 seconds and then rewarded a little discipline with a genuinely fun run. A worthy 3D companion to the 2D classics — and at 60% of Level 1, we already want the rest.
